Lawray takes its responsibilities for Health & Safety very seriously. We understand that clear communication, planning and implementation of policies and procedures, combined with a programme of training, regular monitoring, checks and reviews will benefit not only the business, but everyone involved with Lawray - internally and externally.
In addition, Lawray has responsibilities as a designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
The Company’s Health and Safety Policy Manual and Employee Handbook detail our responsibilities and procedures in relation to the safety and health of all those working for and with the business.
Health & Safety Policy Statement
All Lawray staff are required to undertake the Construction Skills Health & Safety Test and hold a current CSCS card. The CSCS is designed to educate and demonstrate occupational competence. Lawray is currently holds a Gold Standard Certificate of Commitment
Lawray is currently applying to be assessed and accredited under the Design and CDM aspects of this scheme. CHAS aims to ensure levels of compliance and acceptable standards of Health and Safety management are in place for those working within the construction industry
