This prestigious development created a large head-quarters building for the Local Authority, bringing together most Council functions within a single building on St. David’s Park. The accommodation also included the Council Chamber and Chief Executive Suite of Offices.
Lawray were appointed as Architects under a Design and Build Contract by the Contractor, Redrow Construction Limited. Working closely with the Contractor and Local Authority Property Services Department it was possible to achieve the completed building within tight cost and programme constraints.
