Brymbo & Tanyfron Regeneration Trust’s aim was to provide an innovative lead in the regeneration of Brymbo and the wider West Wrexham Community.
Lawray were appointed to design the Enterprise Learning Information and Resource Centre (ELIRC) which encourages and enhances the interaction and functioning between the community, local authority, local businesses, educators
and organisations.
The scheme developed by Lawray in close consultation with the Trust’s committee members addressed the communities’ aims and needs, to encourage participation,
enterprise, employment and training.
The Centre provides Reception, Community Office, Fitness Suite, Crèche, Offices, Conference and Catering facilities, Cyber Café together with a large Multi-Purpose Hall and committee / meeting rooms.
