After a difficult period following the administration of the original contractor at the beginning of 2010, the exterior of the development at Fitzjohn's Avenue, NW3 London, is now visibly nearing completion, with the appointment of Laxcon Construction as main contractors.
The replica facades of the original 1880's buildings are fine examples of Victorian revivalist domestic architecture; particularly in the use of gauged brickwork, moulded brick embellishments and features including terracotta and stone.
This project is a new build of 18 no. luxury apartments with high quality exterior and interior finishes. The full completion is scheduled for July 2011.
