Lawray’s private client’s portfolio also encompasses the alteration and extension of some of London’s largest and most complex residential dwellings. These include, Kensington Palace Gardens where they have been associated with a number of Ambassadorial Residences and extensive family houses. These schemes have generally involved substantial above and below-ground additions by utilizing complex engineering operations to retain important historic fabric. As well as the larger projects, Lawray have also undertaken sensitive and sympathetic small-scale conservation repairs to historic building fabric.
Nick is currently working on projects including the Great Northern Hotel, part of the Kings Cross redevelopment and the Francis Holland School.
