Position : Senior Architectural Technologist
As a Senior Architectural Technologist with Lawray Andy has been responsible for Project Design Development, Tendering Processes and Contract Administration for a variety of projects.
Andy is responsible for development of schemes in consultation with the Client and the Design Team, using the National Building Specification and for completing and application of JCT contract documentation.
Andy has negotiated with various Local Authorities to achieve relevant Planning and Building Regulation approvals, together with Listed Building Consents. Andy has been responsible for adaptations using sustainable materials on an historic listed building and currently for conversion of a Listed Youth Hostel to a University Outdoor Education Centre and Hotel.
