Position : Regional Director (Senior Technologist / CAD Manager)
Mark joined LAWRAY in 1998 and has was an Associate in the Cardiff Office from 2005-2009, recently becoming a Regional Director.
Mark works closely with design teams co-ordinating all aspects of construction & services in-conjunction with the Architectural design. He has valuable Building Regulations & Construction detailing experience and works closely with projects from design stage through to completion. He is also used to working to tight programmes and cost parameters.
Mark has vast site experience working with Contractors on JCT and D&B Contracts; his most recent project was Torch Theatre Milford Haven - Extension and refurbishment of an existing Theatre
His experience as Project Manager and Senior Technologist on major projects is extensive, including :

His extensive knowledge of ‘IT’ & CAD is invaluable in today’s market, as more and more clients expect this service. Mark is responsible for running the computer system & co-ordinating a team of experienced Architectural Staff, producing CAD design and production information on various projects within the Cardiff Office. Mark holds a current CSCS card.
