Lawray will be working with ISG Pearce....
Lawray are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by ISG Pearce to provide Architectural Services from RIBA stages E to L for the development of a major extension to Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf for Cardiff City Council.
Although ISG Pearce used to carry out projects in Wales through their Bristol Office, this is one of the first projects to be secured by their new Regional Office in Cardiff which is headed by ISG Pearce new Regional Director: Jon James.
Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf teaches in the medium of Welsh, and fortunately Lawray employs several Welsh speakers at our Cardiff and Wrexham offices, including Arnot Hughes, Managing Director, which allows us to add a more personal touch, assisting in developing the relationship with the clients, as well as aiding project liaison. This job has an additional personal aspect as Arnot’s wife Dianne was a former teacher at the school.
