The Lyric Theatre in Carmarthen has undergone a £1.6 million refurbishment under a Framework Agreement with Carmarthenshire Council on which Lawray is provider of Architectural Services.
The Lyric has been in Carmarthen since the 1800's and is one of its most popular and well loved entertainment venues.
The refurbishment included a full upgrade of back of house facilities including brand new changing facilities, meeting and performance spaces, as well as improvements to the public areas and foyer. This was completed whilst working within Grade Two listed building requirements and maintaining the character and historical heritage.
