Lawray were Architects for the Developer Client for this multi storey development of Student Accommodation providing 156 en-suite bedrooms arranged mainly in clusters of six bedrooms, with each cluster sharing Lounge and Kitchen facilities.
Occupying a brown field site in Wrexham the flats are timber framed with a facing brick envelope. The accommodation is built around a central courtyard achieving maximum daylight and natural ventilation to the flats whilst providing car parking.
