Lawray were commissioned as Architects by the Manchester based Lifetrend Ltd to facilitate the successful development of two significant Apartments projects in the coastal resorts of Rhos on Sea and Llandudno in Conwy, North Wales.
Both local sites were in prominent locations and required careful and sensitive Design Solutions and Planning negotiation to achieve commercial attractive Architectural schemes.
