The project comprised the extensive external refurbishment of a pair of Victorian shops with accommodation over, of historical importance in Wrexham.
The works were carried out at the same time as internal alterations and improvements to create prestigious office accommodation providing a serviced hub to incubator office units for new businesses whilst retaining the existing retail unit, which remained open throughout.
Works included re-roofing, cleaning and re-pointing of facing brick and stonework. Windows were refurbished or replaced and new shop fronts were introduced, all sympathetic to the original buildings and to the adjacent properties.
