At Rhyl, the existing old Victorian Town Hall which is located in a prominent position within the town was completely refurbished with a new Extension added to create a high quality Tourist Information Centre, together with a concert and public meeting venue. Lawray undertook the full Architectural design detailing and Project Management for this sensitive project. The existing building had significant problems to resolve. Lawray’s careful restoration and imaginative design solutions for this old Victorian Listed property made the most economic use of modern materials, whilst ensuring that the end effect was entirely in keeping with the original building.
