Lawrays London office have worked on several prestigious projects in Kensington Palace Gardens since the early 1980’s up to the present day including the Nigerian High Commission, The Japanese Ambassador’s Residence and several private dwellings.
This exclusive address is set upon the original site of the Kitchen Gardens of Kensington Palace. Originally known as The Queen’s Road, the area was later renamed and subdivided into plots on which properties were developed in the 1840-50’s. The area is owned by the Crown Estate and development and alterations are strictly managed by the appointed Chartered Surveyors.
These projects require a great amount of sensitivity and technical knowledge in order to complete the refurbishment and new additions to the high specifications set. Our team also has to take into account the conservation of the historical and architectural value of the buildings, as well as limited development space, access and security requirements.
Lawrays London office personnel have extensive experience in this area, and include a qualified stonemason and a Conservation Architect.
