Keith has been with Lawray since 1984 and has recently (June 2009) become a Director of Wrexham office, following several years as one of our Regional Directors. He has been responsible for the Design and Management of many various types of projects as Lead Consultant for both Traditional and Design & Build Contracts and also as Co-Architect with key Clients.
Keith has extensive experience of both New Build & Conservation Projects including Educational, Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Leisure & Civic schemes for Private & Public sector Clients.
Keith is responsible for design and detailing of projects managing and co-ordinating Lawray technical team input with Design Team consultants and sub-contractors, incorporating Planning, Building Regulations and BSEN legislation, BREAAM requirements and Education Building Bulletins together with adherence to Lawray Quality Assurance Procedures. Keith is also responsible for I.T. management in Lawray Wrexham and for mentoring Institute Candidates and Trainees.
