Raymond Pye is a founder member of Lawray Architects. He became a consultant to Lawray in May 1997, when he founded Hasps Term Partnership. Hasps Term Partnership principally offers CDM Co-ordinator services under the Design & Management Regulations 2007. He became a member of the Association of Planning Supervisors in June 2000, Membership No. M5232 and is qualified as a Registered Member (CDM Co-ordinator) of The Association for Project Safety. CDM Co-ordination services are provided through Lawray as required.
Raymond is computer literate, produceing work via Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop and Vector Works.
Raymond is responsible for advising Lawray staff and management on policies, procedures and all matters concerning CDM regulations and providing the CDM Co-ordinator Services to comply with the Construction (Design Management) Regulations 2007, on behalf of Lawray Limited.
