Position : Senior Architect
Richard joined Lawray in Spring 2008. He is particularly concerned with Concept design and is overseeing the quality of architecture and its presentation within the Cardiff office. He is also championing Sustainability issues within the company.
Richard has 20 years experience of Architectural Design, and has worked on variety of building types within United Kingdom and abroad (including Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States).
He has worked within a variety of construction sectors, including - Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Defence, Education, Community, Public Museums and Auditoria. He also has experience of various scales of development, ranging from the relatively intimate design of individual residences and small community buildings to the planning of PFI hospitals and master planning of entire garrison towns for the MoD. He hopes that the diversity of this overview will facilitate an understanding of the unique characteristics of each project.

Richard has recently passed the Construction Skills Professionally Qualified Person - Design Health & Safety Test and is a CSCS card holder.
