Lawray were appointed as Design Architects for this new private dwelling, within the boundaries of the village conservation area. Prolonged negotiations with the Planning and Conservation Officers were required in the development of the final design solution, with due consideration for the sensitive location of the site.
The property comprises two En-Suite Bedrooms with a further two/three Bedrooms and Bathroom, Study, Dining Room, Kitchen and Utility Room. The large Lounge features an inglenook fireplace and the reception hallway includes a feature staircase. A detached double Garage completed the project and this again included a high level of brick detailing reflective of the architectural style of the area.
