In 2002 our client instructed Lawray to design a new outdoor swimming pool and covered walkway at their property in the North West of England
Work to the pool comprised removal of an existing defective pool, installation of piling to protect adjacent listed Victorian structures. 60,000 gallon pool and ornate stone surround with landscaping.
Work to the listed walkway comprised new granite sets and paving, new barrel vaulted glazed roof in curved toughened glass, Oak dado panelling and oak panelled doors.
Contract value was £800,000 and the contract period 26 weeks.
