We carry out full architectural services RIBA stages A-L, from inception and detailed design through to completion. Our in-house CDM Co-ordinator (Planning Supervisor) provides both our team and our clients with advice and guidance on safety and health requirements in building design and construction.
Our designs respect and reflect the aspirations of our clients, fitting their specific needs and requirements. We want our clients to enjoy and utilise the spaces and structures we create, to the full, for years to come.
Lawray is committed to providing best value and service, and maintains quality systems to ensure monitoring and continuous improvement of our design processes and procedures. We embrace a sustainable approach to design, where possible incorporating use of recycled and renewable, low maintenance materials, reducing waste, emissions and use of energy.
The Practice is built on a strong, dedicated and professional team made up of specialist architects, technologists, technical trainees and support staff. The three offices support each other providing a network of on hand specialist knowledge. Through our team members and the use of the latest technology, we are able to share expertise, information, resources and workload to effectively manage and respond to the needs and demands of our clients and projects.
Our team are also encouraged to develop and continue training throughout their careers, which in turn rewards the Company and our clients with new ideas, innovation and a full understanding of the processes, services and products available to enhance our designs.
