Lawray were commissioned by Taylor Wimpey to provide 29 affordable units for Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) as part of the site development's section 106 agreement.

The units comprised of 1, 2 and 3 bed accommodation, provided in a mix of Coach Houses, Apartment Blocks and 2 storey Terrace Houses.

Lawray provided high quality working drawing packages to satisfy the individual requirements of CCHA, and in line with the Welsh Assembly's Design Quality Requirements 2005, Lifetime Homes and Ecohomes. The units achieved an Ecohomes rating of 'Very Good'.

Lawray were also involved in the negotiations with the Local Police Authority to ensure that the development satisfied the requirements of 'Secured By Design'.

Located near to Cardiff City Centre and close proximity to an excellent range of schools, shops, bus routes and all local amenities, the properties were highly sought after and were fully occupied in a short space of time.
