Lawray were appointed construction phase Architects for this £15 million development next to Lime Street Station in Central Liverpool, refining initial schematic design layouts to suit Employers final requirements and topographical site survey. Lawray were also responsible for providing construction detailing of all aspects of the development.
The completed development provided 1200 student flats in 2no. blocks of twelve and thirteen storeys each, including a central secure Reception, recreation areas, a management suite and commercial units.
